Noah's Ark

This week's lesson was on Noah's Ark. For the craft, we made flash cards of the important terms from the story:

It is amazing how much the girls listen to the story. He probably should consider a career as a preschool teacher. He gets them engaged in the story and asks them tons of questions. It reminds me of the Socratic Method from law school. He had them name all the animals they think Noah put in the ark. He scared them when he described how so much rain can cause a flood. He dazzled them with a description of the beautiful rainbow.

After the story, the girls colored the pictures on the flashcards and attached them to construction paper. They both wanted take their flashcards to bed with them and play with them every day.
