Magnets, Stickers, Etc.

Catherine loves to play with magnets. Here she made a chain:

To reinforce some of the sight words Catherine knows, I had her put stickers on the letters to sort of re-spell the words:

More transferring practice. We call this the "muffin tin game." This time she wanted to make rows of colored stones, fruit loops, pom-poms, and then marbles. She is starting to be able to transfer with just one spoon, rather than two. You can tell by her work that she loves order and is a great sorter. I never told her to organize the items by color, she just did.
