About a year ago Catherine's occupational therapist told us to have Catherine play with small objects to practice her "pinching" skills. Catherine developed those skills quickly and could even pick up individual grains of rice easily.
A few days ago she pulled the box of dried beans out that we used to use and wanted to play with them again. I gave her some kitchen funnels and plastic containers to use. She had a great time. Unfortunately, we had dried beans all over the kitchen floor!
