About a week after Catherine's kidney operation, she had to undergo a test called a nephrocystogram (I have no idea if I spelled that correctly). The test is basically to determine if her kidney/ureter/bladder/uretha are all draining properly and to make sure that eveyrthing the surgeon cut on has healed. Catherine passed, so the urologist removed the ureter stint which was securing everything in place after the surgery. Catherine is such an experienced patient that she does not get traumatized at all by the big machines and the invasive actions of the nurses and doctors. I am sure she loved the colorful butterflies on the protective smock Daddy wore.
