Dora and Diego

At Universal Studios the characters are sprinkled throughout the park and you never know when and where you will see them. There were never more than a few people in line for them. As we were leaving the Shrek show heading back to another Barney concert, Catherine screamed out "Dora" and climbed out of her (moving) stroller. These were some of the characters that both of them actually knew:

Instead of the mascots actually signing their names, the mascot handlers have signature stamps which they use in your autograph books. Maybe it's faster, but I like Disney's method better.
