One of the favorite events of the day was the cooking class. Sabrina was so short she had to stand in her chair. They made soda bread.

Catherine spreading flour on the aluminum foil before shaping her bread. They baked it for us and we got to pick the bread up thirty minutes later. It did not taste very good, but the girls really enjoyed their first cooking class. Come to think of it, I think it is the first cooking class I have ever attended either.
