3 Year Old Choir

What could be cuter than a group of 3 year olds singing the Doxology? I know! A group of 3 year olds singing "Jesus Loves Me!" Catherine is in the white dress with the pink and red flowers. Like me, she will always be one of the shortest people in the group, so she will always be in the front row. Assembling all the children on the risers, facing the same direction took about 15 minutes. The concert itself lasted about 4 minutes, including the 2 minute introduction by the choir director. As you can see by the children's faces, there were several teachers kneeling down in front of the stage cuing the children.

Catherine did some of the hand movements with the songs.

It looks like she is singing, but I think she mouths the words more than actually singing. Hey, at least she faced the correct direction and tried to sing and do the hand movements.

Catherine was good at the hand movement for the line "For the Bible tells me so...." - it is the same as the sign language sign for book, which she has known for over a year. We were so proud of her and her participation!
