Catherine's vision is fine, but because her brain tumor is on her optic pathways and optic chiasm (where the two pathways join), we have to get her complete eye exams every six months. She had a ball trying on the glasses in the waiting room.
Because Catherine is too young to read an eye chart, the doctor wiggles toy animals to watch her ability to track objects. The nurse let Catherine play with the dancing pig before the doctor saw her.
