Tracing

Lately I have been trying to think of ways to help the girls memorize facts.  Catherine always needs practice with her handwriting, so I wrote out a bunch of facts and had her trace it with a highlighter.  At night I always ask Catherine what her favorite thing we did that day in home school was, and she told me tonight "the tracing."  So, I will have her do this more often:

I had Catherine trace math facts (60 seconds = 1 minute, 24 hours = 1 day, etc.).  Catherine is quite fast about her tracing, while Sabrina sometimes takes forever.  I made her trace her name, address, and the days of the week:
